All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jedbaji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account that does not match the registered player's name, the deposit will be returned to the source account and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the player's name. jedbaji reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours will be queued and processed the following business day, except for automated bKash and Nagad withdrawals which operate on a 24-hour basis for fully KYC-verified accounts.
jedbaji does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which jedbaji accepts no responsibility. All withdrawals are processed free of platform fees on jedbaji's side.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7. Game Rules & Fairness

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Before processing a voluntary closure, jedbaji will confirm the identity of the account holder and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Voluntary account closure forfeits any remaining bonus balances and associated wagering progress that have not yet been converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
Self-Exclusion. Where an account is suspended or closed by jedbaji due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited.
